Links Page and Natural Traffic Techniques

Hi everyone. If an affilate marketer has a links page from XsitePro2 and then starts to market the website with a service like SENUKE X, will Google and other search engines have a problem with the Links Page when the links start coming in and the websites expect an exhange link from my website?
