Why did I loose this tennis match?

Ok so I started playing a tennis tournament. First round i had to play with a hard girl that i had already won on hard surafce twice. This tournament was on clay courts. I won the first set 6-3, then I lost the second set 7-5, and lost the third set 6-3. I had an empire, a girl, and like i had an ace, my opponent complains that it was out and shows a completely different mark and my empire like is scared of her and stuff and agrees with her! So I'm just wandering why i had lost?
